Priority Worklist

Single-establishment industrial gaps are the highest-yield acquisition targets — a cell in NAICS 325, 326, 331, 332, 333, 335, 336 where Statistics Canada Business Counts reports exactly one establishment in a size band and NODE has zero facilities for that NAICS-6 in that Census Division. There are 1,857 such cells in Ontario.

Two lenses onto the same data — pick whichever matches how you want to plan the scrape session:

Pick a CD, then choose which NAICS sectors to include. Best for geographic scrape sessions — "I'm working Mississauga this week".

Missing facilities = establishments per Statistics Canada Business Counts that don't have a corresponding NODE facility record. This is approximate — CBC counts establishments, NODE counts facilities; the two are not strictly identical units.
